This conference is designed for and by a global community of construction contracts specialists.
Organised as a one-day event, it is structured around high-level thematic sessions led by internationally recognised speakers—senior executives and practitioners from the international construction industry (employers, contractors, and consulting engineers), FIDIC specialists, in-house counsel, lawyers, and dispute avoidance and resolution experts :

Objectifs de la formation
This conference marks the 10th anniversary of the LL.M International Construction Contracts (I2C), one of the world's leading postgraduate programmes in International Construction Contract Law and Practice.
It brings together a global community of senior practitioners—including engineers, lawyers, project managers, quantity surveyors, architects, procurement professionals, and insurers—who share a commitment to advancing excellence in the management of complex international construction contracts.
The conference provides a forum for exchanging perspectives and best practices across both civil law and common law jurisdictions. Reflecting the multidisciplinary and multicultural nature of the LL.M. community, discussions will focus on the evolving challenges facing the construction industry, with particular emphasis on FIDIC standards and internationally recognised best practices.

The programme, delivered in person, will open with an Opening Keynote presenting a forward-looking vision of the international construction industry, followed by A Decade in Review – Ten Years of the LL.M I2C reflecting on the programme's achievements and impact over the past decade.
The day will conclude with a Networking Cocktail, providing participants with an opportunity to exchange ideas and strengthen professional relationships within the international construction community.
